The Delegate of India has been a true trailblazer in the IMF committee. The monetary journey for India has nowhere near been perfect. It has always struggled with corrupt politicians and controlling black money. India has joined forces with other countries to develop a cryptocurrency systemise to digitalise and centralise the economy and end the war on corruption. However, there are looming national security concerns about digitalising money, simply that what if this system gets hacked or compromised? However, the Indian government is working with some of India’s and the world’s top companies to make sure this doesn’t happen. A true step in the right direction for India which is a testament to the Delegate’s hard work and dedication.
