The Delegate of Zambia in the IMF represents a country which is dirt-poor, has no funds, and is being looted by big multinational companies as they mine for resources in their country and don’t pay their country’s taxes. In the press conference, when asked about his plan of action he had a very simple answer “No comment”. For a simple question which aimed to know what his goals for the future, he had nothing to say. This can only mean one thing, there is no future for Zambia, not under this context and not with leaders like this. Instead of giving a passionate response to inspire the public, all he did was push them down into more confusion and sadly depression. How can we expect a country to move forward and progress when its leaders do not want to answer simple questions? These fools should be ashamed of their behaviour and should apologise to the Zambian Public.
